Rates vary according to season, number of people and nights. Include all utilities, bed linen and towels and final cleaning. For stays longer than 4 nights there is a discount of 15%. It 'also provided for a surcharge for additional cleaning for stays longer than 5/6 nights.

Rates do not include the tourist tax to be paid to the City of Rome: Euro 2,00 per person per night. Are exempt from paying the tax Children under ten years.

The rate of children under the age of 12 is slightly lower than the rate applied to adults. Free for children up to 3 years.

Is an extra charge of Euro 35,00 for extra cleaning in case of presence of small dogs .

To confirm a reservation we require a deposit of 40% to be paid by PayPal, bank transfer or credit card (within 48 hours of inquiry) and the remaining balance upon arrival. If the inquiry proves close to the date of arrival, the deposit is required immediately. Confirmation of your booking will occur in the time of receipt by e-mail of payment has been made.
